Cantillon is a legendary Belgian brewery specializing in Lambic and Gueuze beers, renowned for its unique spontaneous fermentation process and a rich flavor profile. Cantillon's beers are known for their distinct sour, earthy, and sometimes fruity flavors, often showcasing a blend of Lactic and Brettanomyces yeast, as well as fruit additions.

We’ve obtained a range of 2024 vintage bottles, including a number of rare and highly sought after bottles, and are offering a unique chance to try them in our Cellar. For one night, only, we’ll be pouring tasters of each beer, with a local representative and experts on Sour Beer from Yardley Brothers present to guide and discuss the tasting.
