And amped it up for a bit of Dutch Courage, so you can do just that, adding loads of fresh beetroot, and the perfect amount of orange to produce an incredibly thirst-quenching, remarkably smooth saison. With a hint of sourness, the bright citrus and earthy beetroot, this beer drinks great on its own or will pair beautifully with food.

Aroma: Light Sourness, Belgian yeast Esters, earthy beetroot, touch of citrus.

Appearance: Beautiful deep purple-red with pale pink head.

Taste: Bright citrusy orange peel, deep earthy beetroot. Soft bready notes, smooth with a clean, dry, refreshing finish.

Pairing recommendations: Creamy goats cheese; rocket and Burrata drenched in sweet balsamic dressing; Pan-seared salmon and soba with sesame dressing, Char siu, risotto with beetroot and Parmesan.
