7% ABV - 25 IBU

It’s been a long cold lonely winter; it feels like years since it's been here. Open your eyes, strap on Daedalus wings and liftoff into this massive NE-style IPA, marrying passionfruit mango notes of Heliogazer Thiolised yeast to the mango and pineapple of Azacca hops, big juicy Cryo Citra and Cascade and a late dry-hop with Superdelic to round it off. It’s going to get stickier too; it's been a long hot summer; don't try too hard to think... Don't think at all, just drink up and enjoy.

歷經漫長冬季後，特釀此款新英格蘭雙倍IPA。酒體融合日光浴硫醇轉化酵母的百香果芒果香調，阿扎卡酒花帶來的芒果與鳳梨風味，並通過冰餾西楚酒花、卡斯卡特酒花強化柑橘特質，終末以超級德利酒花乾投收束風味。

適逢炎夏時節，建議無須過度思索，專注品飲體驗即可。

Appearance: Deep hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head.

Taste: Big and juicy, passionfruit and mango tropical notes and citrus balanced by a touch of slightly vinous green gooseberry. A pleasant touch of pine resin bitterness rounds it off with the support of a medium malty body. A balance of sweetness and stickiness in the finish.
