We made this with our friend Lana Svitankova (@lana_on_beer) who hand carried us some incredible Ukrainian Sea Salt from Drohobych Salt Works, We used that along with cold-pressed Tomatoes and Mexican Habanero.

A perfect beer for Sunday brunch or any time. There’s a long history back to 63 AD of throwing tomatoes at bad actors and as an act of protest. Maybe we should revive it in 2025.

Appearance: Deep Thick Red-Orange, with soft pink head.

Aroma: Fresh ripe tomatoes, with citrus and fruity habanero pepper.

Taste: Juicy tomatoes with rich umami notes, a touch of earthiness mingled with spicy habanero pepper and a kick of citrus acidity. A touch of salinity for balance. Long finish with tomato and slight heat.
